Training 

We offer comprehensive training for childcare professionals; in nurseries, preschools, children's centres and other relevant settings. We have successfully delivered our packages to numerous organisations during the last 3 years and have a contract with North Yorkshire County Council to train their childcare professionals.

Standard workshops are either 3 hours ( 1/2 day or evening) or 6 hours (full day) but can be tailored to meet the needs of the organisation. 

Over 100 signs are learnt covering relevant topics such as:

* behaviour management
* daily routines and situations
* reading books and stories
* popular themes such as animals, transport and colours

Songs, activities and stories are incorporated. Participants will explore how signing fits in with and meets the Early Years Foundation Stage crtieria.

Comprehensive handouts and supporting material is provided.

Training can be delivered during the evening or at weekends as well as during the week.
